PAUL LEPREUX
ARCHIVE
Tribute to an obsolete world.
Between 2010 and 2015, Paul Lepreux collected and photographed what we used to save and share information before the digital revolution. His images were made on a 1:1 scale with a 20x25 cm chamber and reversal film. Special attention was paid to the film used (Fujifilm Provia 100F) and a macro lens optimized for that enlargement ratio (Schneider Makro- Symmar MC 5.6/180mm). This now-anachronistic practice allows a meticulous description of the subject photographed.
