"I use photography as a unique way of expressing myself about different cultures, peoples and events. Photography is an intrinsic need for me.
This project is a series of portraits of Afghan refugees in the Jaurès neighborhood of Paris. I wanted to have a human approach, to look these people in the eye and show who they are."
Born 1976 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Lives and works in Paris, France.
