These two days will allow us to define everyone’s practice et to consider new approaches, new ways of showing how and what we want to exhibit.
It will be a concrete and fascinating workshop, during which each participant will work alongside Sylvie Hugues, editing current, past or never finalised projects.

It will revolve around glances, point of views and choices. In the first place, the method will consist of observing and sharing, putting words on your intentions et take some distance with your own work.

Collective sessions and small individual workshops will then make it possible to build up or redefine a series, to adapt or rethink your photographs depending on the medium, the project or the possible destination of the images. It will be a question of specifying the distancing, of giving a meaning, a consistency, to find some conjuncture, a rythm in between the photographies and sometimes to intervene on the framing, the contrast, the texture…

It’s an approcach that will also be embellished thanks to the visit of exhibitions and the discovery of some photographers who will be echoing and reflecting on our dialogue.
