THE RENCONTRES D’ARLES PARTICIPANTS’ GALLERY

http://workshopsgalerie.rencontres-arles.com/

The projects presented were developed in a few days by passionate people, professionals and amateurs. Recognized professionals support everyone with their experience and advice. The course leaders, who are invited as much for their teaching skills as their photographic talent, share, stimulate, commit themselves and keep an eye on the work’s day-to-day evolution. They help some participants to find structure, others to blossom, not by imposing a system but by allowing them to find a personal approach while building coherence between the form and the goal. So many approaches, so many singular views have been taken of the city of Arles and its surroundings in spring and summer that we have the pleasure of sharing them in the gallery without restrictions.

Several series have been made with the precious trust of people from Arles or elsewhere, institutions, associations and businesses that agree to meet and discuss with the photographers during a session or several days.
