Louis Roederer
Discovery Award 2023

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
SEPTEMBER 15 — NOVEMBER 19, 2022

With support from the Louis Roederer Foundation
and Polka

The Rencontres d’Arles associates  the Louis Roederer Discovery Award with galleries, art centers, artist-run spaces, independent venues and institutions.

Through their pioneering work, these organizations are indeed often the first to support emerging artists.

They can propose an exhibition project by an artist they support and whose work has been recently discovered or deserves to be seen by an international audience.

Accompanied by a curator, 10 projects will be shortlisted and exhibited at the next Rencontres d’Arles.

This year, the curator invited by the Louis Roederer Discovery Award 2023 is Tanvi Mishra.

During opening week, a jury will bestow the Louis Roederer Discovery Award, which honors an artist and the organization presenting the project with an acquisition worth €15,000 and the public will give the Public Award, which consists of an acquisition worth €5,000.
