The unknown and the unexpected
In the winter of 2021, Cyprien Clément-Delmas started a new long-term documentary project with the wish to explore the social impossibility of realizing one's dreams. In this journey across the United States, I realize that I’m drawn to explore the journey from adolescence to adulthood in a society that does not give you any gifts. Physical and social decadence is therefore at the heart of his research, from the illusion of youth to the harshness of social reality. It was then that a tornado destroyed part of Kentucky and he immediately coupled his approach to the natural disaster which multiplied and questioned our social impact.
