Holger Trulzsch
Born 1939, Munich, Germany. Lives and works in Berlin, Germany, and Paris, France.
Holger Trülzsch studied painting and sculpture at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts before doing research in the human sciences under Theodor Adorno. For DATAR, in Marseille he developed his photographic concept of psychotopography, in reference to psychogeography and Situationism. In 1985, he designed the Paysages Photographies—Travaux en Cours exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. Afterwards, he created sculptures for public spaces and mixed-media installations in landscapes.
