Launched in 2006, Photo Folio Review offers photographers portfolio assessments during Opening Week in Arles.
Due to Covid restrictions, exceptionally the Photo Folio Review will be online.

Assessment is carried out by international experts: publishers, exhibition curators, museum directors, agency chiefs, gallerists, collectors, critics, press art directors and others.

During the Photo Folio Review 2019, more than 140 EXPERTS came from 34 countries all over the world to give in the course of personal discussion with nearly 320 participants, a constructive critical appreciation of the work with invaluable advice and contacts.

Throughout the Photo Folio Review week, each experts votes, at the end of each of their sessions, for their favourite portofolio.

The work of the 2021 winner will be exhibited in the official selection of Rencontres d’Arles 2022.
