FIRST EDITION OF PHOTOGRAPHY MASTERCLASSES WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE ISLAND OF SAN SERVOLO, IN VENICE, ITALY.

This project comes from the artistic and educational encounter between the Association for the Diffusion of the Photographic Art (ADAP), the Rencontres d’Arles and San Servolo srl, with the support of Oliviero Toscani.

Venezia PHOTO, what it is?
- 50 high-quality photography Masterclasses with various subjects and themes, for more than 700 participants passionate about photography.
- More than 30 professional renowned photographers, such as Laurent Baheux, Eric Lafforgue, Julien Mignot, Stefanie Renoma, Lee Jeffries, Eric Bouvet, Formento+Formento, Jean-Christophe Béchet, Sylvie Hugues, Nicolas Guérin, Olivier Föllmi, Olivier Lavielle, Ambroise Tézenas… and more!
- Many exceptional conferences by the best photographers, with Oliviero Toscani, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Peter Knapp…

An idyllic and timeless atmosphere: the island of San Servolo, at the heart of the venetian lagoon, in Italy, from just a few minutes from St. Mark’s Square.
Venezia PHOTO promotes encounters and exchanges about photography in an original and inclusive format, by mixing photographers of various styles, with amateurs of different levels, around this common artistic passion. The pedagogy proposed is complete and participative, with theory but also photo shoots on the field with the Masters photographers.

An intense experience: 4 or 6 day-Masterclasses punctuated by various and exciting activities (Masterclass, conferences, film screenings, evenings, concerts, demonstrations ...).
Venezia PHOTO will be a space and a moment of transmission, sharing and permanent exchanges in a framework favourable towards creativity.
