Born 1972, photographer Ulrich Lebeuf has been the artistic director of the MAP photography festival in Toulouse since 2014 and teaches workshops in France as well as abroad.
In 10 years, he has staged over 130 exhibitions featuring works by photographers such as Antoine D’agata, Marie Dorigny, Olivier Culmann, Saul Leiter, Marie Laure de Decker and Stanley Green as well as emerging talents like Lucile Boiron, Marguerite Bornhauser, Cha Gonzalez, Sandra Mehl, Ciro Batiloro and Julie Joubert.
In May 2016, the Académie des Arts du Languedoc awarded him the Prix Jean Dieuzaide for his commitment to promoting photography as artistic director as well as his work as a photographer.
