1. Click on “Buy your ticket online”.

2. Select the pass or the ticket that you want.

Reduced rates and free tickets must be picked up in one of our ticket offices upon presentation of an ID and of supporting documents of less than three months, or at the entrances of the exhibition sites Croisière and Mécanique Générale.

Full price tickets are sent directly to your mailbox after purchase and/or are downloadable from your “My Account” space as well as on the free Arles 2024 application, available on iOS and Android.

3. Select the desired quantity and add it to your basket.

4. If you do not wish to purchase other items, click on “View my shopping cart”. If you would like to purchase other items, click on “Continue shopping”. Do this as often as necessary.

5. Click on “finalize my command.”

6. If you already have an account on the Rencontres d’Arles’ website, enter your login details. If not, create them.

7. Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the relevant box then click on “Confirm my order.”

8. Proceed with online payment. You can download your full rate tickets directly on the thank you page after your order. You will then receive an email with the download link as well. You can also find your tickets at any time in your “My Account” space.

9. With the ARLES 2024 app (free and available for iOS and Android), save time at exhibition entrances by displaying your ticket at any time. After installing and opening the application, log in by entering the username and password you created on our online exhibitions ticketing then find your tickets under “My tickets.”
