A graduate of the Bordeaux École des Beaux-arts and the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles, she was a fellow at the Casa de Velázquez, Académie de France in Madrid. She won the HSBC Foundation Photography Prize in 2008 and the Rencontres d’Arles Photo Folio Review Award in 2017. Her work focuses on complex identities where people reveal and confuse themselves with each other through their environment, trying to mark out a territory at once intimate and social.
