Ciril Jazbec
Born 1987, Slovenia. Lives and works in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Ciril Jazbec studied management before moving to London where he graduated from the MA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the London College of Communication in 2011. He was awarded the Leica Oskar Barnack Newcomer Award 2013 and won the Photo Folio Review at the Rencontres d’Arles 2013 and the Fipcom 2014. His work has appeared in numerous publications including The New York Times, GEO, Der Spiegel, the Neu Zürcher Zeitung, Marie Claire Italy, Leica Fotografie International, and Wired UK.His personal projects took him to Kiribati, Alaska, Uganda and recently Greenland.
