Ilit Azoulay
Born 1972, Jaffa, Israel. Lives and works in Jaffa, Israel.
Ilit Azoulay graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem. Her work has been featured in a variety of solo and group exhibitions in major exhibition spaces, including the Israel Museum, Jerusalem; Tel Aviv Museum of Art; Daimler Art Collection, Berlin. She was awarded of the Gerald Levy Prize for a young photographer by the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, the Constantiner Photography Award for an Israeli artist, and the Israeli Culture and Sports Ministry Prize. Her works appear in numerous museum collections, including the Pompidou Center, Paris, and the Israel Museum, Jerusalem. She is represented by the Andrea Meislin Gallery, NY, and the Braverman Gallery, Tel Aviv.
