KEY FIGURES FOR THE 53rd EDITION

This year’s festival welcomed 127,000 people who made almost 1,350,000 exhibition visits.
Forty shows were on the program, not including the 15 Grand Arles Express exhibitions.
Some 2,500 works were on display at nearly 12,000m2 of exhibition space at 23 venues.
There were 70 public events, including parties, projections, round tables, meetings, public tours with artists and curators and book signings.
Altogether, 165 artists, 20 curators and 60 publishers were invited.
A total of 18,585 visitors came to opening week from July 4 to 10.
La Rentrée en Images reached out to 10,000 students in September.

THE RENCONTRES D’ARLES OUTSIDE THE WALLS
with the 2022 JIMEI x ARLES INTERNATIONAL PHOTO FESTIVAL

Thirty exhibitions will take place at the eighth Jimei x Arles International Photo Festival
from November 25, 2022 to January 3, 2023.

AUTUMN/WINTER PHOTOGRAPHY COURSES
The world’s greatest professionals will teach two to three-day courses year-round.
