Pauline Fargue's work is permeated by photography, which she subverts to have it resurface on pages, screens and in installations. She earned a degree in art philosophy and definitively switched to images after meeting Chris Marker, who encouraged her to pursue photography. She then went to a photography school. She won the Rencontres d'Arles Discovery Award in 2015.
