Ludovic Carème studied photography at the ETPA, Toulouse, publishing his first photograph in Libération in 1995. Modern, yet rooted in traditional portraiture, his delicate style is employed in the “Culture” and “Society” sections of various periodicals (Libération, L'Express, Courrier International…). In 2007, he moved to São Paulo with the aim of drastically changing his habits and to shift his focus towards documentary photography.
