Pablo Pérez-Mínguez

Born 1946, Madrid, Spain.
Died 2012, Madrid.
In 1971, Pablo Pérez-Mínguez established the review Nueva Lente, the striking cover pages and philosophical contents of which were an innovation.  In 1975, he created Photocentro and Photogalería, while his studio on Monte Esquinza street hosted happenings, slide shows, film shoots, and video clips. In 2000, he began editing a compilation of his works of photography. His work received official acknowledgement in 2006 with Spain’s National Photography Award.
