Leigh LEDARE
Born in 1976 in Seattle. Lives and works in United States
Leigh Ledare is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, and received his MFA from Columbia University in 2008. He currently lives between New York and Los Angeles and teaches at California Institute of the Arts. Ledare is represented by Greene Naftali and has had solo shows at Andrew Roth and Rivington Arms in New York. He has participated in shows at the Deutsche Guggenheim, the Swiss Institute, the Patina Foundation, and the Prague Biennale. His artist’s book Pretend You’re Actually Alive was recently published by PPP Editions, in collaboration with Andrew Roth.
