For 20 years Christophe Loiseau has worked on photography projects commissioned by theaters, institutions, and collectives, and worked as a videographer. He produced his first “story-portraits” in 2000. He collaborates regularly with the École Nationale Supérieure de la Marionnette and with theatre companies. Through these collaborations he met the many artists who would influence his work on the portrait, a recurring theme in his work.
