A US national, Nancy Wilson-Pajic began her career in New York in the 1970s. Her first works were performance and audio installations which described and critiqued the condition of women in modern society. Moving to Paris in 1979, she took up photography. Reinforcing theoretical research with technical experimentation, she is interested in early techniques of photography.
