Peter Fischli

Born 1952, Zürich, Switzerland. Lives and works in Zürich, Switzerland.

Peter Fischli met David Weiss in 1979 after receiving degrees from the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino and Bologna. They work in sculptural, photographic, and video installation, playing with objects from everyday life. Their work received the Golden Lion prize at the Venice Biennale in 2003.
