Santiago Forero
Born 1979, Bogotá, Colombia. Lives and works in Bogotá, Colombia.
Santiago Forero received an MFA in Studio Art (University of Texas, Austin) and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. His work has been exhibited in venues such as The Station Museum of Contemporary Art, Houston Center for Photography, Mexic-Arte Museum and the Austin Museum of Art. He is currently Assistant Professor in the Art Department at Universidad de los Andes. His work explores ideas about the body, identity and scale in relation to familiar media images.
