HOW TO REGISTER MYSELF :

1. Registration is only on line.

2. Go to section Ticketing/Shop and create your account by clicking on My Account

3. Constitute your user account by completing all required fields (please fill in your entire address to be able to receive your invoice)

4. After creating your account, you can access the Photo folio 2013 booking space by clicking on My Photofolio

5. Before finalizing your application, please use the search tool to make sure your chosen experts are present and available

6. Select the number of appointments/ sessions you wish to have and start to build your appointments schedule > slots selected will be held for 2 hours before your final registration and payment/settlement.

7. Complete your registration (no need to book all your appointments – you could add and change them bit by bit).

8. All your appointments should be booked before 20th of June. Please make sure you save your schedule systematically after each booked slot (to be sure not to lose the expert’s availability). You can change your chosen experts or appointments schedule at any time, under the condition that the expert/the slot is still available.

BE AWARE - in case of being inactive on the Photo Folio booking space for more than 29 minutes, your non-saved slots will be lost.

IMPORTANT : for several experts new time slots will be updated. The list of experts and their availabilities will be updated each friday at 7pm french time. We don't make pre-reservation.

PLUS

- Your inscription gives you a discount on the pass for "all summer exhibitions".

- At the end of June, you will receive by mail a Welcome pack with all the informations you need for your participation (adress of the Photo Folio, hours and so on).

CANCELLATION POLICY

- In case of a cancellation by the participant before June 15th, a franchise of 75 euros for administrative costs will be retained from your refund.

- In case of a cancellation after June 15th, no refund will be given.

Please be aware that in the case of an unexpected cancellation of an expert of your choice, your schedule will be modified : we will have to offer a new appointement with another expert, according to availabilities.

IMPORTANT: We recommend you book your hotel as soon as possible, the festival brings many people to Arles and rooms can be hard to find.
